All orders are shipped directly from our brands warehouse daily from Monday-Friday. We endeavour for all orders to be dispatched within 48 hours, unless the piece is 'made to order'. Made to order pieces will be specified on the product page with an expected timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES
Please note, all customs charges, import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. This is a seperate charge from shipping at checkout. Please familiarise yourself with your countryt's tax & duties obligations prior to purchasing. This is a separate payment from your order from our online store. If you fail to pay your customs charges on your parcel, the parcel will be returned back to our brands warehouses and the return shipping cost & original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be registered with Australia Post or DHL, prior to this your search may not generate any tracking information. Please ensure someone is available to accept your parcel when it is delivered. We do not recommend parcels being left on a front porch or anywhere that has public access. 
     
    LOST PARCEL
    We honour dispatch dates as stipulated. We have no control of your item after it has been dispatched from our end. Please contact Australia Post or DHL directly as it will be the most efficient way to track your item. Please use your tracking information to ensure you are available to receive your delivery. Hussl takes no responsibility for items stolen from your delivery address.
     
    CHECKOUT
    To avoid any disappointment or delays, please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details. Once the parcel has left our warehouses, we cannot alter these details.
